Day 32 - Tuesday 3.2.10 - Squaw Valley:  I arrived in Lake Tahoe / Squaw Valley the night before ready for an great trip and I had no idea how epic it was going to turn out to be!  The fellas were there a day before me and had just finished a Sierra Nevada blue bird day of skiing - they were already at happy hour at the Resort at Squaw Valley on the back deck basking in the Sierra Nevada glory! 

Pictured center front clockwise:  Cedar, Jason (Mongo), David Perez, Henely, Ryan (Fly), Mark, and Pat.  Let's just say that these guys really know how to have a great time.  We proceeded to live the Entourage dream for a couple of days staying in an Exclusive Resorts house near the mountain. 

Skiing on Tuesday did not leave much to be desired for - the conditions were terrible as a storm was upon us - pounding down and making visibility VERY difficult (it was raining half the time) we made the most of it off the mountain!  Squaw was the site for part of the 1960 Olympic games so I tried to capture some of that! 

Hanging out with these guys (some of my closest friends) is definitely a good time as pictures like this can attest to!  As a matter of fact Cedar and Mark even had custom made stickers made for the trip for us to hand out at will and plaster Squaw with - they included:  "Throttle Sitter" & "Intoxication Sheriff" & "Mongo Santamaria!"  Cedric continued to go big the entire trip! 

Day 33 - Wednesday 3.3.10 - Squaw Valley:  Skiing today proved to be one of the most epic of my life.  I rented big fat powder skis and we were constantly floating through snow that was somewhere between knee and thigh deep depending on if were were on or off piste! 

The fun continued both on and off the mountain but I must say - I've never finished up a ski day soaked to the bone - I understand why they call it "Sierra Cement" now.  Though I had one of the best trips and ski days of my life I will take Rocky Mountain powder any day!  Mickey A summed it up best in his song "what do you get" for sure!!!!!  Great trip guys!
