Feb. 28 - Mar. 3, 2007 Salomon Extreme Freeride Championships at Taos, is a four-day freeride competition for skiers. The event features a cash purse of $10,000, equipment and product prizes for the top finishers in each of the divisions: Male, Female, and Junior skiers. Entries will be limited to 150 competitors. Qualifying will consist of two runs, with the field being progressively cut each day. This IFSA sanctioned event is expected to draw top international riders, as well as compettitors from across the Rocky Mountain region and the Western United States.
